Henderson Waves, Here I Come!

After having went to Redang Island, I'm still in the mood for some 'green' attractions. Something to do that brings myself close to nature and one thing that came closest is the much publicised bridge connecting Mount Faber Hill and Telok Blangah Hill. Okay... so the bridge is man-made. But hey, there might be a lot to offer on the paths towards the bridge.

This bridge, the Henderson Waves, is about 37 metres up and was put together in 2.5 months. It holds the bragging rights of being the tallest bridge on the Island (surprisingly knocking off the Sheares Bridge) and spans some 274m.

From the looks of it, I think I'm gonna try the Marang Trail up till the Canopy Walk, which means some 80minutes of walking or so, provided that I don't stop or take a breather. Perhaps I'm going in with a backpack, a packet of Nasi Sambal Goreng, 1.5L of water and of course not forgetting, the missus. Anybody else interested?
