Wheatus - A Little Respect.

Its another one of those days. When the rain is beating down heavily, exams are around the corner, I'm in deep trouble, made someone sad, and best part is, I think I'm screwed up socially. I am in the 'zone' right now, preparing for my exams. Seriously. But otherwise, getting back to topic, I think I know why. And that is I do too much geek speak.

Just the other day, I posted something geeky on my wall, "I realised the number of friends in my facebook fluctuate like the stock market prices. If I were to chart the statistics and introduce the bollinger band into it, maybe it will tell me when is the best time to add or delete friends."

Nobody replied. I thought it was funny mixing up statistics/finance with the social media. Seriously man. Try visiting Lord Google and ask him what's the bollinger bands. But apparently only 1 out of my many friends find it interesting and thought they'd give a thumbs up. But when I put in something along the lines of nudity and soft pornography, I got quite a response.

It went, "advice for bikers during monsoon season: AVOID white tee shirts/shirts/vests at all costs if you have man boobs. May cause distraction to other road users." Check this. 10 likes, 3 comments. This just proves that sex sells. And talking geek just doesn't cut it.

Geeee... I'm bitching. That's odd.

I've got this song playing on repeat in my head right now. An oldie that I loved by Wheatus, A little Respect. Its one of those songs where I wished I could play it on a guitar. Right beside "Fear of the Dark," "Defender of Metal," "Fade to Black." A little weird, but yeah. Its a nice song.

Enjoy.
