My computer is now officially without a discrete graphics card. After restarting for nearly 20++ times, the graphics card finally gave up and refuse to work anymore. Well, it still could if the computer had restarted more times, but I guess its not worth it having to put the power supply through so much agony.
What happened you ask? Check this out.
Now, you may be surprised that I am still running an ancient Pentium 4 CPU running at 3GHz. I got it sometime early 2006, before I enlisted for army. Upgraded it with a Winfast PX7600GT 256mb 6 months later, and slotted in another GB of memory. It wasn't exactly a top-of-the-line PC at that point of time. More like a make-do computer. Worked perfectly fine for my schoolwork and surfing. And after 4 years ++, its finally calling it quits. Thank God for built-in graphics card!
Yeap, that's what you get from having cats in the house. A very dirty and dusty computer. lol. So I guess I'll just struggle through with this trusty old PC and get meself a new one when I graduate! Yey!
