Project Cotton Candy

I run a small business, renting out party machines like popcorn making machines, cotton candy machines, etc. The business started last month and since then we were engaged once for a birthday party and received numerous enquiries on our services.

Part and parcel of running this business is to ensure that all the machines are in working condition. Or in the case of the cotton candy machine, to make it work. lol. We bought the machine overseas and got it shipped here in a lousy cardboard box.

The damage was simply put, disastrous.

Bent and Damaged Springs
Its not a really pleasant sight and the machine was not working at all when we received it. So I brought it home and decided to tinker. Got the springs from a local supplier and voila! The motor assembly is straightened.

So all there needs to be done now is to find a carbon brush and housing to replace the broken ones. And we should be back in business!
