Do Not Patronise LHM Racing at Ah Gua Lane.

I was severely pissed off with my mechanics (LHM Racing, from Ah Gua Lane, JB) a while back. Well, they're not exactly the same ones I usually go to, but it seems that the shop doesn't give a damn about service standards. The mechanics were too young, not professional and did not handle my bike with due care. I went over on a Saturday night, around 11pm and I was pissed with them due to the following reasons.

1) They don't know how to fix a box rack to my bike. Like wth? Mechanic dunnoe how to fix something so simple?

2) They promised me a Monokey rack, when obviously it wasn't. Worse thing is, they insisted it was Monokey and didn't admit their fault.
3) They wasted a lot of my time, 2 hours in fact just to get the box.
4) They had left my suspensions unscrewed to the chassis. This made me blowup and prompted me to blog about this shop. And the stupid mechanic with an equally stupid face didn't even say sorry, but said "Ini tak jatoh la, jgn takot". (Don't worry, this thing won't fall off) Bloody hell, you already made a mistake, you better be a man and apologise! He did even have the balls to argue back. Idiot.
5) They mumbled among themselves, "Takpe, customer cakap apa kita buat... Sabar je" in a sarcastic manner after I shouted at them about the unscrewed suspensions.
6) They fixed my fairings the wrong way, and yet again, insisted that it was right. I had to manually unscrew it, and show to the boy how its done. Urgh. If I had to do it on my own, what's the use going to a shop?
7) When I complained direct to the boss, he just stared blankly into outer space and didn't even apologise for the bad service! He even got the cheek to ask me for the full amount of RM55 for the rack when he should give me a discount for the mistakes his boys made.

Stupid shop. I'm never going back there again! In fact, I'm already patronising another shop, Hou Heng. I'll blog about that sometime tomorrow.
