Eating Healthy with wellnesdaily.com

I hate running. I hate running so much, I had 5 points (3 for SBJ) for all my stations for the IPPT, but barely pass my 2.4km run. Aiyaaaa... How la how.

Even though I hate running, I think I'm in good shape. 12 pull ups, 40 situps in 60seconds, now that's something. The secret? Try not to eat so much, do not snack, and keep to your meal times. Oh, and I only learnt how to snack just last year no thanks to exams and such. But GENERALLY, I keep to my meal times.

Now, I might not have as much for you readers to learn and take note from as compared to www.wellnessdaily.com, but I'll just give you my 2-rupees worth on the topic of eating healthy.
  • Avoid soft drinks (Keyword: AVOID)
  • Drink the moment you feel thirsty
  • Eat a proper meal for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
  • Brush your teeth before heading to bed
  • Eat vegetables
  • Have plenty of fruits
  • In general, eat in moderation

I love ice-cream, and all sinful food. Important thing is to eat in moderation and exercise. Oh and it helps too that I ride a bike and sweat it out everytime I ride.
