Remember how your parents used to (or still do) harp about getting good grades so that you have a bright future? Remember realising (when you're slightly mature) that grades is not all that is to a bright future? Remember remember the 5th of November?

In my opinion, its ALL about the grades and it still is. Grades and certification papers open up so much more doors when you're looking for a job and time and time again, academic qualifications are used as a gauge to determine a potential employee's thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Why am I being so preachy today?
