The clock is ticking. Time is running out.
Time is not a problem. You should never, ever, blame time for the root of your problems. It shows just how good you are with managing time, to be able to work with whatever you have. It also serves as a good indicator of how organised an individual is, and I believe every employer likes an organised employee. Like they say, "Time is not a problem. Problem is, no time!"
There are so many benefits to having time in your hands. You feel less anxious, confidence level increases, idling time decreases, your efficiency is improved and best of all, your loved ones will thank you for it. Remember, you can work all you want, but remember to schedule in your loved ones! Yes, schedule them in! Indicate on your planner the days you would like to catch a movie, make out at the parks, head overseas, cuddle in bed, see the sunrise, watch Transformers, bring the kids out to Sentosa...
Here are some tips on how to manage your time.
Personally, I do not plan my time. But what I do have in mind is objectives of everything I want to accomplish. At any day, any moment, these objectives are playing over and over again in my mind. It is sort of a zikir, something that I keep on reminding myself, and that when I am free, I immediately get on with it.
If you are in a tight spot right now, try to recall what have you been doing the past few days(s), week(s), month(s). You'll soon come to realise that all you do is procrastinate, and only have yourself to blame. But its okay. Learn from your mistakes for that is what life is all about. Ciaoz!
